This hotel suits me perfectly with its free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and fitness centre. I recall the helpful staff printing tickets for me during my first stay. I highly recommend it and will be back for Christmas! 

I greatly enjoyed its reasonably large and brand-new rooms.

Had comfortable stay for our vacation, the staff were excellent, location was favourable to many food outlets. Location: the hotel was not far from Close to resturants and restaraunts and Durham, NC.

A hospitality hiccup

The proximity to Duke Hospital was convenient, making our journey smoother during a stressful time. Check-in was welcoming, and service was prompt.

Clean rooms. Nice staff. Great location by restaurants and freeway. Exercise equipment was broken.

Some equipment in the exercise room was broken and very old.

It was just a top selection for a two-day stay in Durham with excellent value for money. The place smelled horrible, like mold and curry, which made it uncomfortable at times. Do yourself a favor and check the room thoroughly before settling in.

Room was great. Nice bed more comfortable than our foam mattress. Breakfast was free and better than we expected. Plenty to choose from and come on waffles you make yourself!! Fantastic!!

Only thing we didnt like was the gold comforter thing on the bed. Just looked cheap I guess.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made my

stay more enjoyable. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with visible dust and a sticky remote. I appreciated the good breakfast options, but maintenance issues detracted from the experience.

Bed is too soft, and the carpet is too old

The free Wi-Fi was awesome for staying connected! Room was decent, but could use some updates. Breakfast had good options, but the area felt iffy with some questionable characters around. 😬

I loved the hot cooked fried potatoes and toasted English muffins as part of the free daily buffet breakfast. Can't beat that for the money since everything tastes so good. The staff was very friendly and courteous. . The pillows and bedding were 

The room was clean and well-maintained, featuring modern decor and comfortable furnishings. The refrigerator and microwave were handy, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Breakfast included a solid selection, with nice options like fresh fruit and 

The room was comfortable with free wifi that worked, was reasonably clean, and it was quiet. The price was competitive and parking was easy. Overall, a good value.

Mildew in the shower, the toilet was broken, and the guy at the front desk when I checked in was a bit rude.

While the decor in the rooms is modern and attractive, with nice amenities like a microwave and refrigerator, the overall cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The half roll of toilet paper with unsightly smudges was quite off-putting, and the persistent smell of smoke in the room was alarming, despite the no smoking signs. Although the breakfast options included good coffee and yogurt, the lack of a staff attendant to replenish the waffle batter meant my family had to eat elsewhere.

The price was right; the service was sufficient; the location was very good (next door to a Hilton and a five minute drive from Duke. I'll be back.

The gym is quite small, and there are no movies on demand in the room. Aside from that, no complaints at all.
